1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on most clothing items within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

3. Return & Exchange Process

Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos (if the item is defective or damaged).

Approval & Instructions:

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and shipping details.

Returns must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.

Shipping Charges:

For returns, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.

For exchanges due to defects or incorrect items, we cover the shipping cost.

Exchanges will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll resolve the issue promptly through a free exchange or full refund.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
